Two bands are known as The Straits, one from The Netherlands the other from UK. 1. The Straits is a band from the Netherlands and got together in june 2005 and that was about time! Most of the Straits already knew each other and it was a twist of fate that got them to meet Patrik Muller and Wilko Stroo. The Straits intentions are not to create a new genre in music but to find the perfect popsong and present it to the world! Oasis, The Beatles and The Stone Roses preceded us.
