Not to be confused with the hardcore band The Coterie, the group simply known as Coterie was an artistic collective started in Toronto, Canada. The group consisted of Andrew Payne, Oscar Pata, Matt Bullock, and Matthew Storms.

First performing together as a band in 2002, Coterie went on to write and record numerous demos, most never seeing the light of day. Though they ceased writing in 2006, hopes remain for an album to recorded and released in the not-too-distant future. Read more on Last.fm.
