Bain Wolfkind emerged from the bottom of a bottle of bourbon in Dublin Ireland in the early years of the new century. In 2004 Wolfkind recorded the self produced 'Love Letters' EP, followed by 2005's full length release 'Music For Lovers and Gangsters', 2006's 'Confidential Report' EP , 2007's 'Wasteland' EP and 2008's, his most recent full length Cd release, 'The Swamp Angel' . The music of Bain Wolfkind could be described as a minimalised and post-industrialised version of artists like Lee Hazlewood with dark brooding vocals and slow blues...

Michael Kiwanuka is a British musician of Ugandan heritage who writes songs combining soul and rootsy folk influences and sings them with a deep, husky soulful voice. The Home Again Songfacts says that after signing with Communion Records, Kiwanuka recorded his debut EP, Tell Me A Tale, with the help of Paul Butler from The Bees, who took the Muswell Hill, London native to his Isle of Wight studio to record the songs.

Music is an art form that is meant to speak to us beyond the literal. After spending years perfecting his craft, Singer/songwriter, Joseph Michelini decided to take his music to the next plane. Cutting his teeth in coffee houses in Toms River, NJ, Joseph began to introduce different elements, from acoustic bass, to banjo and cello. At that point, River City Extension was born; having the intention of writing orchestral indie rock, while introducing elements of Punk, Country, Folk, and World music.

Garrett Dutton III (born October 3, 1972), better known as G. Love, is the front man for the band, G. Love & Special Sauce. Dutton, born in Philadelphia, began playing guitar at age 8. He wrote his first song by the time he was in the 9th grade and began playing harmonica in a wire rack. Dutton credits Bob Dylan and John Hammond Jr., as well as then-contemporary "old school" hip-hop sounds of Run-DMC, the Beastie Boys, and Philadelphia's own Schooly D as influences.
