Bette Foord is a melodramatic Melbourne musician with a ukulele and some stories to tell: Some haunting, some funny, and some to warm your heart.
Bette began performing and songwriting at a young age and uses many different themes in her songs including love, loss, online dating, sex, disability & even food.
Recently, Bette has had success on Atomic radio's Top 20 Countdown, having not only held number 1 position for weeks but also, always having multiple original songs in charting positions in the Top 20.
Bette is an unapologetic activist for pleasure, feminism, & people being their authentic selves as well as health/disability and breast cancer awareness (the whole reason she turned pink).
Bette is also passionate about qdvocating for accessibility in the music industry and her dream is to play Abilityfest.
Looking like a 50s siren, sounding like a modern day boss bitch - you're going to want to keep your eyes - and ears - locked on to her.
