Das Racist is a hip hop group, formed in 2008 and based in Brooklyn, New York, comprised of Queens-born Himanshu Suri and San Francisco-born Victor Vazquez. Suri and Vazquez met in 2003 at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut where Victor was Himanshu's resident advisor in a "Students of Color for Social Justice" theme dormitory. Suri was a member of the Eclectic Society and is also an alumnus of School of Oriental and African Studies.

There are multiple artists that share this name: 1. Ghost Mutt is from Brighton UK- Expect sparkling synth arpeggios, chunky rhythms, chopped up divas and dirty bass ... oh, and maybe a few dollops of new jack swing. He is resident at Brightons acclaimed Donky Pitch club night alongside Slugabed

Salt n Pepa is an American hip hop trio from Queens, New York. The group consist Cheryl James ("Salt", now Cheryl Wray), Sandra Denton ("Pepa") and DJ Deidra "Dee Dee" Roper (Spinderella).

Clipse is an American hip hop duo, formed in Norfolk, Virginia in 1992, made up of brothers Gene "Malice" Thornton and Terrence "Pusha T" Thornton. They met Pharrell in 1993, he formed a working relationship with the duo and helped them secure a contract with Elektra Records. The group's debut single flopped, but Williams resuscitated their careers by signing them to his Star Trak Label. The Clipse's debut album, Lord Willin', was released in 2002, and their sophomore effort, Hell Hath No Fury, was released in 2006 to much critical acclaim.
