Whitehorse are based in Melbourne, Australia. They play slow, heavy, sludgey doom in the vein of Corrupted, Khanate etc. They have 3 self released CDs:

Archaic

Archaic was formed by 3 ex-members of Braindeath (2001-2004, Hungary) in 2004, setting a new path in musical experience - mainly thrash coloured with many kinds of other influences - but still based on the old style of the group. Among a couple of concerts, the band had its second blitzkrieg in Kiev (Ukraine) the same year, but for the first time under the name Archaic. The members have decided to record the first album and started prepare for the big event.

Procession

There are at least four bands with the name Procession: 1) A Chilean doom metal band.
2) A dreampop/shoegaze band originally from Grand Rapids, MI.
3) A disbanded Italian progressive rock band.
4) A disbanded Australian jazz-rock band. 1) Formed in 2006 by Felipe Plaza and Daniel Perez in Chile's cultural heart, the coastal city of Valparaiso, they follow the path of tradition, laid out by the masters BLACK SABBATH, CANDLEMASS and SAINT VITUS without mercy, without compromise.

Clagg

Through a seven year history, Clagg have endured enormous challenges to emerge as one of Australia's leading doom and sludge bands. Building their sound upon a foundry of monstrous guitar riffs, a bludgeoning rhythm section and demonic vocals, Clagg have been persistent in spreading their evil word amid many setbacks. Following multiple line-up changes, Clagg are now at their most cohesive and crushing.
