Blind Guardian

Blind Guardian is a german speed metal/power metal band from Krefeld, Germany. They are credited as being among the most influential artists of the genre. While early Blind Guardian belongs to speed metal style, in later releases the band has moved towards epic power metal. Blind Guardian was founded in 1984 by André Olbrich (guitar), Hansi Kürsch (vocals, bass), Marcus Siepen (guitar) and Thomen Stauch (drums), (left the band in 2005, replaced by Frederik Ehmke).

Taberah

Taberah was born in mid 2005 in Hobart, Tasmania. They were fueled by a love for traditional metal...REAL metal, and set out to create just that.
Taberah spent months developing their style, practising hard and writing tunes, until they hit the Hobart metal scene in May, 2006, playing along side local legends MSI and Ice Eater and surprised the Hobart crowd with a tight performance accompanied by a tough sound.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Exodus is one of the first thrash metal bands to come out of the bay area, formed in 1980 in San Francisco, California, by Kirk Hammett, Tom Hunting, Paul Baloff, Jeff Andrews, and Gary Holt. They were cited as major influence by pretty much every thrash band. Known for their aggressive brand of thrash, as opposed to the more melodic, NWOBHM rooted thrash sound of the likes of Metallica, and equally aggressive live shows.
