Jenarium

Jenarium is the new Sci-Fi Musical Experience created by composer and author, Robert Dominic. It will be broken into several books and musical album, “Rise Of The New Sun” being the histories of the heroic first epoch of the mythical world. The story follows a sequence of events that leads to the coming of the first born race, the Sinturians, centring a legendary world, with the newly created terrifying subterranean, ravenous hoard known as the “Rifer Nation”, along with mythical beasts both good and evil, and powerful warriors of high order; it is a battle for survival!

The band currently consists of Tuomas Holopainen (keyboards), Marco Hietala (bass, vocals), Emppu Vuorinen (guitars), Jukka Nevalainen (drums and percussion) and Anette Olzon (vocals). Anette Olzon was announced to be the replacement for former vocalist and frontwoman Tarja Turunen in 2007 after the latter was fired in 2005. She has appeared on Dark Passion Play, Made in Hong Kong (And in Various Other Places) and Imaginaerum, as well as the two-year Dark Passion Play tour.

Skyward

The whole story began in the year 2000. It was just another alcohol-fueled Friday night, and after a while the boys (Ville and Sakke) decided that the world needs another melodic metal band. There can never be enough those around. And since they had been playing in bands practically all their lives, they felt that this should be a piece of cake. After all,how hard can it be to form a band? A rehearsal was scheduled.
