Tim Ripper Owens

Tim ‘Ripper’ Owens, born as Timothy S. Owens on September 13, 1967 in Akron, Ohio. The young Ohio salesman and tribute band frontman made headlines in 1996 when from a fan he became the frontman for the British metal act Judas Priest, filling the shoes of Rob Halford (and, by doing so, inspired the movie Rock Star, which was later discredited by the band). Despite numerous rumours that Rob Halford would reunite with Judas Priest, Owens recorded two studio albums with his childhood heroes, as well as two live albums and a 2002 DVD release.

DragonForce

DragonForce is a power metal band that was formed in 1999, from the remnants of black metal band Demoniac under the name of DragonHeart. However, the band soon changed its name to DragonForce before releasing any commercial albums due to possible commercial issues with Brazilian band DragonHeart. Their career began with publishing of songs on the first incarnation of MP3.com, claiming the top of the site's heavy metal charts. The hit song Valley Of The Damned reached over 500,000 downloads in the first few months.

Black Majesty

There are several bands sharing the name Black Majesty. A melodic power metal band from Melbourne, Australia. So far they have released four LPs; 'Sands of Time' (2003), 'Silent Company' (2005), 'Tomorrowland' (2007) and "In Your Honour (2010). The band was formed in 2001 under the name Kymera and with various members already well known on the local metal and heavy rock scene. Guitarist Steve Janevski was drawn from Cyclone Tracy, a long-running heavy rock/hair metal outfit.

Alestorm

Alestorm are a power/folk metal band from Perth, Scotland, formed under the name Battleheart in 2004. Their music is characterised by a pirate theme, for which reason they describe their style as "True Scottish Pirate Metal". After releasing two EPs, they were signed by Napalm Records in 2007 and renamed themselves to Alestorm. Their debut album was released on January 25, 2008 Originally starting out as a two piece band Gavin Harper and Christopher Bowes, Battleheart recorded an independent EP in Gavin's home studio in early 2006.

Holy Grail

Holy Grail consists of White Wizzard alums James Paul Luna, James J LaRue and Tyler Meahl, along with the blazing co-shred guitar of Eli Santana and the thunderous deathblow of bassist Blake Mount. In smoldering cauldrons of wicked brutality, Holy Grail combines elements of NWOBHM, Shred, Thrash and Doom featuring unmatched vocal domination and guitar astro-technics. Their debut album titled Crisis in Utopia was released on October 22nd, 2010 via Prosthetic Records.

Anguish

There are many bands with the name Anguish. These include: 1. A Swedish doom metal band influenced by <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Candlemass" class="bbcode_artist">Candlemass</a>. Myon & Shane 54

Myon & Shane 54 are two dance music producers from Hungary.
Both of them are individually known for their sharp productions, great remixes or cool mash ups, mostly being big favourites of the best djs in the world like Above & Beyond, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Paul Oakenfold, Tiësto, Paul van Dyk and many more. In early 2008 they decided to join forces by forming a production / DJ duo for their outputs. Since then they remixed loads of artists, like Andy Moor, Lange, BWO, Esmaye and more, thus making original productions that ended up on labels like Anjunabeats, Armada or Black Hole.

Custard

Custard were a masterful band of pop craftsmen with an uncanny grasp of the two-minute-something single who seemed to have equal amounts of Devo, Pavement and, oddly, disco in their genetic makeup. They were also blessed with singer Dave McCormack, whose voice was innocent and boyish-sounding enough to get away with things that might ordinarily cause a fuss – from songs about speed labs to geeky dedications to Jim Henson and an infamous declaration that “music is crap”.

Sabaton

Sabaton was formed back in 1999 in Falun, Sweden and worked hard with demos and small club shows just like any other band. An album was recorded in 2002 bearing the name of Fist for Fight on an independent label in Italy, but was never released. By 2004, the band was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of marketing opportunities available for their album, so eventually they decided that their best strategy would be start over with new material .
