Lorn

There are three artists who use the moniker of Lorn: 1) An electronic musician from the United States
Lorn is a producer based in Milwaukee. He has become the first non-L.A based (or related) artist to sign to Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder label/collective, on which he released his first official album, Nothing Else. Lorn’s debut album perfectly linked the scene’s current state back to those early years of experimentation that so few people know about. 2) Two-Piece Black Metal band from Italy 3) Drone from Croatia

Currently there are 3 known artists using the name Skism. 1) London, UK based dubstep artist releasing on Wicky Lindows. http://www.myspace.com/weareskism 2) A Brooklyn punk band who have released one album called Schism. 3) Progressive metal band Tool have a track titled Schism. 4) David Grogan, an electronica / instrumental hip hop artist who released the Skism EP.

Moth

There are three (3) artists by the name Moth. (1) MOTH was formed in a Cincinnati, OH garage in the early 90s by frontman and tune-smith Brad Stenz with guitarist "The Billionaire" joining shortly thereafter. Drummer Kevin Hogle made his appearance with the band shortly after Virgin Records fall-out and bassist Eli White followed in tow. The band has released five full length records including a major label release on Virgin records. They have also done live performances on Craig Kilborne, AOL, and Chicago's Man Cow Show, numerous national tours and a UK tour.

Tycho

Tycho is the music project of San Francisco based artist and producer Scott Hansen. Hansen began his foray into electronic music with 2002's The Science of Patterns EP which was followed in 2004 by his first full length, Sunrise Projector. 2006 saw the release of Past Is Prologue on the now defunkt IDM label Merck Records. In 2007 Ghostly International released Tycho's first single under that imprint, "The Daydream / The Disconnect".

Aphex Twin

Aphex Twin, born Richard David James, August 18, 1971, in Limerick, Ireland to Welsh parents Lorna and Derek James, is an electronic music artist. He grew up in Cornwall, United Kingdom and started producing music around the age of 12. Richard has been hailed as "the most inventive and influential figure in contemporary electronic music", with his works ranging from ambient pieces to acid techno.

Audiovoid

Lindsey R. Green (a.k.a. Audiovoid / LayerZ) grew up in Healdsburg, a small town in Northern California. From involvement in Death Metal band "Lamia" and journeying to IDM, Techno,Psy-Trance, Breakbeat and Electro. Audoivoid never limits himself to just one genre of music.
Groups like 'The Orb' and 'Art of Noise' were also early influences. In 2002 Lindsey compiled 80 minutes of material from various demos and created his first full length CD, "Twilight Machine". In 2003, Ultra Records nominated him a top finalist for a remix he did of Sasha's 'Wavy Gravy'.

Desolate

There are at least nine artists named Desolate. Here are five. 1. Desolate aka Sven Weisemann. "The Invisible Insurrection" was released in February 2011 2. Desolate is a messy chiptune artist from the United States. His music is also described as '8-Bit on Drugs'. He has been releasing tracks through MySpace since 2007. 3. Desolate was a death metal band from Athol, Massachusetts, formed in 1992 and now split up. 4. Desolate is a Progressive Doom Metal band from Sweden.

Part Timer

Originally a member of electronica duo clickits, John McCaffrey moved from Accrington in the North West of England to Melbourne, Australia and started a solo project as part timer.
Concentrating on a mixture of delicate folk flavours and electronic augmentation, part timer has released albums on moteer, flau and lost tribe sound. Collaborations with multi-instrumentalist Aaron Martin have been released on mobeer and under the spire.

Amon Tobin

Sometime back in the mid-90s a fresh faced Brazilian ex-pat living in the UK decided he was going to put down his harmonica, pick up a sampler, and name himself after a Stephen King novel. The resulting album, Cujo's Adventures in Foam (released on Ninebar records, later reissued on Ninja Tune) signalled Amon Tobin's entry into the world of music. Immediately upon hearing this record, the powers that be at Ninja Tune signed him up to record as Amon Tobin, and he quickly went to work on his debut Bricolage.
