Layla

Layla is a by-product of the seemingly endless talent flowing from the West Australian music scene. As a lyricist, poet and pen smith Layla does not ever mince words. Her effortless delivery and strong emphasis on subject matter have become a trademark of her sound. Layla is also the name of the Slovak rising pop singer and dancer. Her own name is Kristína Tranová. Layla is also the name of an all-female visual kei band founded by two of the members from the disbanded Necro Circus. They will release their first single called on 2007'12'01.

Drapht

Drapht is a solo hip-hop MC from Perth, Western Australia. He released Pale Rider in 2003 and it was warmly received in Perth's relatively small hip-hop scene. In 2005, he released Who Am I? which was also well received by fans and critics. Tirren Staaf (born 1977), otherwise known as Pegz (or MC Pegasus), is an Australian hip hop artist and producer hailing from Melbourne, Victoria. He is the CEO of Obese Records. The record label responsible for artists such as Hilltop Hoods, Downsyde, and Bias B. Pegz musical career is long and impressive and his impact as an artist is no less impressive than his business achievements. Pegz earliest music influences were his mom's Stevie Wonder records and Polynesian parties with his father. This soulful influence can be heard on his various tracks throughout his releases.

The Winnie Coopers- Revenge of the Nerds Remember those students at school who sat down the front, did their homework and joined the student council? Taunted. Rejected. Disillusioned. They now seek revenge in the form of the Gold Coast hip hop crew, the Winnie Coopers. Initially, the project was a collaboration between The Educator (vocals) and DJ's Indelible and Webstar, and in 2002, they won the coveted Musicoz Hip Hop Award. Time passed.
