Whetu Kay aka Phetsta was introduced to the D & B sound during his final year of High School in 2000 after relocating from New Zealand to Perth, Australia. Tracks such as Ed Rush & Optical's "Locuste", BC's "Inside the Machine" and Konflict's releases on RenegadeHardware instantly appealed to him. The following year he started producing his own tracks and never looked back. After writing solo and DJ'ing around Perth, he joined forces with Ross Deschamp aka Rregula (former guitarist of WAMI Award winning band "The Dirty Whittler") to form Bad Robot in 2004.

There are 7 bands with the name STATE OF MIND: 1) New Zealand Drum n Bass legends! - BIO - State Of Mind is a drum and bass duo consisting of Patrick Hawkins and Stu Maxwell. One of the first UK artists to take an interest in State Of Mind was Oxford-based duo (and arguably the most prolific artists in the history of drum and bass), Total Science. While touring New Zealand in late 2004, Q Project and Spinback were introduced to the State Of Mind sound. Blown away by the strength of the music they heard, the Oxford legends instantly sought to work with the talented duo.
Commix are George Levings and Guy Brewer, a UK drum and bass duo from Cambridge who have had tracks signed to Goldie's Metalheadz label and Hospital Records. Andy C, real name Andrew Clarke, is a British DJ and producer and co-founder of record label RAM Records. A pioneering Drum and Bass DJ since the genre's emergence in the early '90s, he has consistently been voted World's Greatest Drum and Bass DJ. He specialises in fast mixing, often employing three turntables, and is known for mixing established classics with cutting edge releases. Andy C's record label RAM Records was started with Ant Miles in 1992 and is based in Hornchurch, Essex, United Kingdom.
DJ Samurai and DJ Kryptik's collaboration DC Breaks burst onto the DnB scene in 2004 on DJ Kid's label Restless Natives, receiving enermous support for their fresh talent from Knowledge Mag and 1Xtra, as well as the likes of Bryan Gee, Kenny Ken & Mace, Peshay and Andy C.
