Short Stack

There are at least 2 bands called Short Stack:

1. Short Stack is an Australian pop punk band, formed in 2005. The band consisted of members Shaun Diviney, Andy Clemmensen and Bradie Webb. Shannon Hotchkins was also a member of Short Stack before any song was ever performed or recorded. Short Stack have twice been named channel [V]'s Oz Artist of the year, and produced two gold-selling albums, three top ten singles, and ARIA number one chart award and a platinum-selling single. They have also shared the stage with many big name artists such as McFly, Hellogoodbye, Simple Plan, Good Charlotte and The Veronicas, many of which while still completing their HSC. However, in 2012, the group split. Their third album was released in October 2013, with no promotion or comments made concerning the release. In April 2014, the band announced their reformation.

Shaun Diviney, Andy Clemmensen and Bradie Webb met on the train to the Hunter School of Performing Arts in Newcastle, New South Wales. Eventually, they decided to form a band and named it Short Stack. Originally, Shannon Hotchkins played drums, Webb played guitar, Clemmensen played bass and Diviney was the lead vocalist. However, after Hotchkins left, Diviney heard Webb playing on the drums and realised that he had the talent. So, Diviney became the lead vocalist and guitarist, Clemmensen stayed on bass, and Webb became the drummer

2. Short Stack was a punk band from Brooklyn, New York active during the mid '00s. Members went on to play in other bands such as Dead Dog, Raw//War, Sleepwalk, Six Pack Four and Beer Garden. The band consists of Will Pugh (vocals, guitar), Joseph Pepper (guitar), Nic Hudson (guitar), Jeff Lett (bass) and Kevin Sanders (drums). The band is best known for their 2006 single "Honestly".

I Am the Avalanche

I Am The Avalanche is a five piece punk band from Brooklyn, NY featuring the vocals of Vinnie Caruana previously of The Movielife. Other members include Brett Romnes on drums, Michael Ireland on guitar, Brandon Swanson on guitar and Kellen Robson on bass.
IATA put out their self-titled debut on Drive-Thru records in 2005. Their second full length, entitled Avalanche United, was released October 11, 2011 through I Surrender records.

For Amusement Only was an Australian pop punk band from Melbourne, Victoria. They released an EP in 2002, titled Where Did We Go Wrong? and an album in 2003 titled One for the Team. Both were released by Below Par Records. They were influenced by Mest, Jimmy Eat World, Goldfinger and blink-182. Band Members:

Bodyjar

Bodyjar was an Australian punk rock band based in Melbourne, that formed in1994, when they changed their name from 'Helium'. Their song "Not The Same" was also featured in the video game Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. Bodyjar have released 7 albums, 6 of which were recorded in studio and their latest which is a live recording entitled 'Is It Alive'. The band contained two of its original members, Cameron Baines (lead vocals/guitar) and Grant Relf (Bass) when they split.

We Are The In Crowd didn’t require much time to live up to their name.

Formed in 2009 and signed by Hopeless Records shortly after, this is a band that had all their dominoes poised and ready to fall in their favor in quick succession. Armed with an irresistible combo of male and female vocals, the handful of vibrant songs the group have released are only tastes of what’s on the horizon.

The Summer Set

The Summer Set is a pop rock/powerpop band from Scottsdale, Arizona that formed in 2007. TSS is signed on the Militia Group and released their first EP on September 30th, 2008 titled “…In Color”. In December of 2008 The Summer Set realeased their EP “Meet Me On The Left Coast” which inculded their Christmas single, “Love By Our Side”, a b-side titled “Can You Find Me” and an Usher cover, “Love In This Club” as a bonus track. The Summer Set announced in April 2009 that they were heading into the studio to record their debut album, “Love Like This” which was released on October 13th, 2009.

MxPx

MxPx is a punk rock band that was formed in 1992 in Bremerton, Washington, United States. MxPx started as three 15-year-old kids calling themselves Magnified Plaid pounding out music inspired by and similar to The Descendents and other Southern California pop-punk bands. They didn’t really love their band name, however, which was a tribute to the original guitarist’s penchant for wearing one particularly loud plaid shirt. Consequently, the name was abbreviated to M.P.
