The Chariot

There are five bands with a similar name: 1. "The Chariot" The Chariot is a metalcore band signed to newly formed label Good Fight Music after putting out their prior three studio albums through Solid State Records. The Chariot was formed in 2003 by ex-Norma Jean front man Josh Scogin. Their debut full length album "Everything Is Alive, Everything Is Breathing, Nothing Is Dead, And Nothing Is Bleeding" was recorded entirely in one take, and was unmastered, which gave it more of a raw feel that was very similar to their live sound.

jack the stripper

Jack The Stripper is a hardcore band from Melbourne, Australia.
“Black Annis” is the first full-length work from these avant-noise merchants. Containing eight tracks with a central lyrical theme of nightmares and personal demons, this album is a harrowing blend of grind, chaotic hardcore, mosh metal and jazz fusion. Filled with rage and unsettling progressions that have been compared to early Dillinger Escape Plan and Converge, “Black Annis” captures the blood-spitting violent live spirit of the band in a highly creative, original and polished independent release.

Oh Sleeper

Oddly enough, failure is the binding fabric that held the members of recently formed Oh Sleeper together and kept them from slowly embedding themselves further in defeat. "Everyone in this project refused to continue on with our lives until weve made the difference that we are supposed to make in music." says drummer Ryan Conley. Scattered in different corners of the country, something bigger brought these guys together in April of 2006.

Millions

There are at least four bands using this name: 1) The experimental / drone project of David Suss, from NYC. 2) The Chicago noise rock band....
Millions guitarists Scott Flaster and Corey Lyons are quarreling musical twins whose differences set the tension on which Millions' sound is based. Flaster and Lyons' dueling guitars create a codependent relationship of angst and grandeur - the neurotic impatience of Black Flag scraping up against the anthemic melodies of King Crimson.

Coma Lies

In 2010, they changed their name to Coma Lies NC. Coma Lies are a tech-hardcore/metal band from Newcastle, Australia. They recorded a four-track demo in 2005 before beginning to record their debut EP for Skull and Bones Records in 2006. This period showed much change to the style of music Coma played and a drastic change in their lineup; guitarists Mat Taylor and Luke Pollock (who recorded the guitar tracks for the EP) and drummer Chad Palmer were replaced. 2007 saw the long awaited release of A Churchwell Killing and an intense touring schedule which is still underway.
