Micah is a name used by several musical projects. In just a few short years Micah Lukasewich has built his name and sound on a solid sense of melody and rhythm that is well known throughout the progressive dance world. Producing since 1997, Micah pushes his boundaries with each new production/remix, and they are plentiful with at least one or two original tracks or remixes released per month within the year 2005 alone!.

Jethro Tull

Ian Anderson's flute may be the defining factor in Jethro Tull's music, but it's only one element in a band that's been around since the late 60s. Originally a blues-based rock band with a few dollops of British folk in their sound, they evolved into one of the most popular progressive rock bands of the 70s. Jethro Tull formed in Blackpool, Lancashire, England in 1967. Their music is marked by the quirky vocal style and unique lead flute work of frontman Ian Anderson and by unusual and often complex song construction.

Portugal. The Man

Portugal. The Man is an experimental indie rock four-piece centered on frontman John Baldwin Gourley's abstract musical approach and corresponding upbringing. He was raised in a sort of technological isolation: his log cabin home in the winter wasteland of the fringes of Wasilla, Alaska was powered by a generator and had no telephone. Both of his parents helped completely immerse him in the unique lifestyle that comes with a land of seasonal darkness and perpetual cold with their jobs as dog sled mushers.

Breaking Orbit

Progressive hard-rock band Breaking Orbit formed in Sydney, New South Wales, in August 2005. Known then under the name "Nucleus", the band released two EP's - 2006's "9 Months in Solitary" and 2008's "Circumvolution" - and played hundreds of shows around the country, establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with within the Australian independent music scene. After changing their name to "Breaking Orbit" in late 2009...
