Custom Kings

Since forming in 2002, the Custom Kings have evolved into an unidentifiable outfit emersed in musical variation. Always in motion are the Kings whose love for diversity has seen them infuse junk-yard jazz with capo’d folk; appalachian picking with loose indie hop - and blues with everything. Signed to Liberation on the back of an 8-track home recording, they emerged from the studio with a collection of songs custom made for listeners who prefer music undefined.

Xavier Rudd

Xavier Rudd (born 1978) is a soulful Australian surf/roots artist from Torquay, Victoria, which is near the famous surfing location, Bells Beach. Rudd's music is compassionate and always manages to render emotion in his fans. His songs include stories of the mistreatment of the indigenous people of his homeland; they tell of humanity, spirituality or the environment. The songs are written and sung with compassion and they urge the celebration of life.

Enigmatic songwriter and front man for Bluebottle Kiss, Jamie Hutchings is also a solo artist and producer. The son of professional jazz musician, Jamie was born, grew up and continues to live in Sydney, Australia. Fifteen years of leading one of Australia's most consistently creative and critically acclaimed rock bands, Bluebottle Kiss, saw Jamie Hutchings write and release over 130 songs. John Butler (born 1 April 1975) is an American-Australian musician. He is the frontman of the John Butler Trio, a band that has achieved two platinum records in Australia with Three and Living 2001-2002. Butler is known around the town of Fremantle, Western Australia as the "Million Dollar Hippie" due to his extravagant lifestyle and penchant for Moet champagne. Born to an Australian father and an American mother in Torrance, California, USA, he and his family migrated to Australia on 26 January 1986.

Harry Manx

Harry Manx is a musician who blends blues, folk, and Hindustani classical music. Born on the Isle of Man and raised in Ontario, he is currently living on Saltspring Island, BC, Canada. He plays slide guitar, harmonica, six-string banjo, cigar-box guitar and the Mohan Veena (a 20-stringed guitar/sitar hybrid). He studied for five years in India with Vishwa Mohan Bhatt. Ruthie Foster

Ruthie Foster is an American singer/songwriter of blues and folk music. She is from Gause, Texas and from a family of gospel singers. She studied music at McLennan Community College and then worked in the US Navy, where she started performing. Her debut was released in 1997 and she has performed in North America, Europe and Australia. She has often been compared to Ella Fitzgerald and Aretha Franklin.
