Matt Nathanson

Matt Nathanson (born March 28, 1973 in Lexington, Massachusetts) is a singer-songwriter whose work is a blend of folk and rock music. In addition to singing, he plays acoustic and electric guitar (usually a twelve-string), and has played both solo and with a full band. The Faster Songfacts says that his seventh studio album, Modern Love debuted on #17 on the Billboard 200 for the week of July 9, 2011, making it Nathanson's most successful album to date.

Ingrid Michaelson

Ingrid Michaelson is a U.S. singer-songwriter whose hit single "The Way I Am" peaked at #37 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. She took up piano at the age of five, attending Manhattan's Third Street Music School for two years, going on to the Jewish Community Center of Staten Island's Dorothy Delson Kuhn Music Institute. There she met vocal coach Elizabeth McCullough, who worked with her through high school. She is a graduate of Staten Island Technical High School and Binghamton University, where she received a degree in theatre.

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Hands Up/Dancecore project from Germany, produced by Marco Juliano, Stefan Rio and Ti-Mo. 2) There is a male singer-songwriter from New York who released three solo albums under the name Jasper from 2001 to 2004. "Jasper Makes Music" was released in 2001, "Thinking Back" was released in 2002, and The Distance Between was released in 2004. In 2005, he begun performing under his given name, Matt Jasper, and has since released As A Matter of Fact in 2007 and Bored Games in March of 2010, both under the name Matt Jasper.

Rodrigo y Gabriela

Rodrigo Sanchez and Gabriela Quintero are two fast-fingered Mexicans with a unique sound created on acoustic guitars. Their music is difficult to define, straddling both world and rock and often imbued with timeless Hispano – classical influences. The fire in it comes from their life-long passion for metal music. In spring 2006, “Rodrigo y Gabriela,” beat both the Arctic Monkeys AND Johnny Cash to number one in the Irish charts. There are three artists with the name Bob Evans. 1. Kevin Mitchell (born 1 October 1976), is a pop musician from Fremantle, Australia, most famous for his role as vocalist/guitarist for the band Jebediah. Mitchell often performs his solo work under the pseudonym of Bob Evans. He has released three albums under this name, the first being Suburban Kid, which was released in 2003.
