Mad Caddies

The Mad Caddies are a ska punk band from Goleta/Santa Barbara/Solvang, California. The band formed in 1995 and has released five full-length albums, one live album, and two EP's. Their sound has influences from a wide range of genres, including ska, punk, hardcore, swing, reggae and jazz. Founding members Chuck Robertson, Sascha Lazor, Todd Rosenberg, Carter Benson and James Malis started the group in high school but the band's membership has changed frequently since its inception.

The Planet Smashers

Formed in 1994 in Montreal, Quebec, the Planet Smashers’ infectious pop infused melodies, rippin’ horn licks and killer live shows, quickly established them as the city’s “Kings of Ska”. They released their first album (“Self-Titled”) on Planet Smasher’s founder Matt Collyer’s own label STOMP Records and hit the road. By 1997 they were no longer a local band, but a national phenomenon, headlining shows across Canada and pushing their second record, “Atttack of The Planet Smashers” which reached 2 on the national college radio charts for 2 months straight.

Cherry Poppin' Daddies

The Cherry Poppin' Daddies are an American band formed in Eugene, Oregon, in 1989. Since 1990, they have released seven albums, with an eighth due out in mid-2012. The Daddies' music is primarily a mix of swing, ska and rock, characterized by a prominent horn section and sardonic, often morbid, lyricism. Horrorshow

There are at least three artists called Horrorshow.

1. Horrorshow are a two-piece Hip-Hop group from Sydney, Australia, with Solo as emcee and Adit providing the beats as DJ. Both from the inner-west suburbs of Sydney, at only 19 years old they began writing their music and are now among the most recent signings to independent Australian Hip-Hop label Elefant Traks. Their first album, "The Grey Space" was released through Elefant Traks on the 20th August, 2008 and was nominated for an ARIA Award for Best Urban Album. Promoting this, they gained countrywide attention in supporting The Herd on their national tour. Horrorshow's second album "Inside Story" was released 2 October, 2009 - also through Elefant Traks and to nationwide acclaim.

Strange Tenants

Over 20 years on, as their legendary status has grown, most people are aware that Strange Tenants were the pre-eminent Australian SKA band of the 1980s. What is often overlooked today, however, is that at their peak, they were one of the most popular and successful live bands of any style. In the early 1980s, hundreds, sometimes thousands of fans - referred to by the music press as "the Tenants' army" - swarmed to their gigs up and down the east coast of Australia. Strange Tenants also did national tours with international acts such as U2, Style Council and UB40.

They have released nine full-length studio albums and two live albums and have toured extensively, including performances on the Vans Warped Tour. They are infamous for their outrageous lyrics and behavior which are deliberately explicit, offensive and intended to shock, though usually in a humorous and sarcastic manner.
