Death's Head is a thrash metal group with ns-lyrical themes from Melbourne, Australia. The group formed in 1999. They have released five full length albums and one cd wich includes Live set from 2004 and early demo tape from 1999. Fragmenta are a Thrash/Heavy Metal band from Adelaide South Australia, formed in April 2007. It consists of Duncan Fisher on guitar and vocals, Zac Backs on guitar, Mike Ward on bass guitar and Cameron Hynd on drums. Fragmenta's sound takes influence primarily from Bay Area Thrash and Classic Heavy Metal combined with progressive and melodic songwriting styles while adopting the tight rhythmic qualities of modern metal stylings.
There are TWO bands by this name.
1) Drawing influence from 80's goth bands like The Cure and Joy Division, as well as more hardcore bands like Samhain and Black Flag, They Live's music showcases a dark, unrelenting and at times highly melodic sound that is sure to be a breath of fresh air to listeners tired of that passive nancy boy sound that's been all the rage these past few years. They Live has been playing in the twin cities and the midwest in general for four years now.
