Loma Prieta is a hardcore band, featuring members of Archeopteryx, Punch, Sailboats, Beau Navire and us, haunted bodies, that formed in San Francisco in 2005. Since formation, they have released four 12 inch records, and two 7 inch records (mostly on their own label), however their newest lp, "IV" is being released on Deathwish Records, home of bands such as Converge, Trap Them, and Touche Amore. After all playing in different bands in the Ocala music scene, singer Jeremy McKinnon, guitarists Neil Westfall and Tom Denney, bassist Joshua Woodard, and drummer Bobby Scruggs came together in 2003.
Silverstein is a 5-piece rock band from Burlington, Ontario, Canada; formed in 2000. The band name was taken from the famous children's author Shel Silverstein. After several lineup changes, the band acquired Billy Hamilton, a local fan who learned of the band's need for a bassist on the Internet message board "The 905 Board" (an Ontario area outreach board which used to be for local musicians). In Christmas of 2001, he joined the band after Shane Told helped him learn the music for the songs. Following a rehearsal on Boxing Day (December 26) in 2001, he officially debuted with Silverstein.
Quiet Steps is a 3-piece screamo/indie combination from Brisbane, Australia. Experimenting with a range of powerful guitar melodies, intricate bass progressions and drum progressions, their sound could be compared to early 90s post-rock fused screamo as well as various Ebullition and Dischord Acts.
Lower Than Atlantis are a Watford, UK based band, started in 2007 by Mike Duce and Ben. They have since released their debut CD 'Bretton' via Thirty Days Of Night Records. Their full length, titled 'Far Q' was released in March 2010. A Farewell Momento are a metalcore band from Brisbane, Australia. AFM officially formed in early 2009 as a 6 piece but have since undergone a handful of personnel changes and have cut their numbers down to 5. They are a notable member of the burgeoning Brisbane hardcore scene having played shows with the likes of Armada in the Dusk, Rise for November, Burn Down Hollywood, This City Ignites and Headwound the Pony.
