Excision

There is more than one artist with this name. 1) Taking influence from Drum and Bass, Metal, and Hip Hop, Excision is a Dubstep artist who must be heard to be fully believed. Combining the morphing basslines of Drum and Bass, the aggressive energy of Metal, and the laid back vibes of hip hop, Excision's style is incomparable.
At only 22, this young Canadian's passion for music has already driven him to become one of the biggest Dubstep acts of North America, along with DatsiK. Anyone who has heard a set by this bad boy has walked away feeling energized and refreshed.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia the crew consists of Knick, Gigantor and The Enemy. Apart from being a production outfit, Evol Intent also owns and operates their own label, which functions as an outlet for their own work as well as like-minded artists. After building an underground following with their first 3 releases, Evol Intent signed a deal with Alpha Magic to handle their distribution for Evol Intent Recordings.

Break

Acquiring a love for the breakbeat through jazz and funk records, Break took to the drums at a young age, learning piano along the way and taking to the turntables at the age of fourteen. A talented musician with a wide range of influences, Break looks to push the barriers in whatever he’s doing. Crisp breaks, heavy bass and strong melody are stable marks of his productions making him a firm favourite with a variety of the scenes top DJs.

Twenty six year old Jon Gooch, known as ‘Spor’, has quickly risen to the forefront edge of Drum & Bass production. Spor, from Hertfordshire in England, got his name from a combination of one of the first folders of samples he obtained, entitled 'Spore Tactics', and a favorite piece of artwork by a friend. Graffiti outlining eventually meant he would drop the 'e' to leave a more balanced arrangement.

1) Audio is Gareth Greenall, a drum and bass artist from United Kingdom. Working for G2 (UK) label. About Audio: Audio's first experience with electronic music was in the Early 90's with the Colin Dale and Colin Favour radio shows on Kiss 100. He was instantly hooked, and when, a few years later, the classic "Wormhole" LP on Virus recordings was released, there was no turning back and he embraced the underground family that we know and love as drum and bass.

Paul Blackout

Paul Blackout (Paul Rayner) Paul started going to 'raves' in 1993, and after collecting many recordings of various radio shows, he started buying records, and a little while later, his first set of decks. First he played old school techno and breaks, stuff like early Moving Shadow and Formation, along with Edge Records, Rabbit City, Bonzai etc etc. After hearing Wedlock's "Acid Rain" on Ruffneck, he got the bug for hardcore, and went on to play hardcore techno, such as Ruffneck, Twisted Vinyl, Rotterdam etc until he got into some harder traxx too.
