Adam Said Galore

Adam Said Galore is a four piece indie rock band from Perth, Western Australia. The band was formed in 1994, by Andrew Ryan, Simon Struthers, Matt Maguire and Michael Lake, from Perth, Western Australia. At the time of their formation the members were underaged, in accordance with Western Australia's liquor and gaming laws, which allowed them three years to evolve independently before being able to play their first licensed gigs.

This five piece hail from the sunny streets of Melbourne and are the type who act on an urge & wear their hearts on their sleeves. They write beautifully crafted rock music that takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, but always leave you with a smile on your face. But don’t be fooled by this intro, Stealing O’Neal are a rock band and wail as good as anyone. They have been turning heads across Australia from their music, live shows & eccentric behaviour.

The Silents

The Silents is a four-piece band from Perth, Western Australia. Benjamin Stowe and Jamie Terry began writing and recording music heavily influenced by early sixties psychedelic and beat music in the second half of 2002. In September 2003, Stowe watched friend Sam Ford’s band perform at a local Perth hotel and, after the show, asked if both Ford and drummer Alex Board would be interested in joining he and Terry to form a band.

City Riots

The indie four-piece flew overseas in 2008 to play the Great Escape Festival in the UK after Martin Elbourne (former agent of New Order, The Smiths) immediately confirmed City Riots after watching the band perform just a few weeks beforehand. The band was part of a stellar line-up including The Wombats, Vampire Weekend and The Futureheads, as well as playing sideshows at the Camden Barfly and the International Pop Festival in Liverpool.

The Vines

The Vines are an Australian alternative rock band noted for producing a musical hybrid of '60s rock and '90s alternative music. Since 2006 their line-up has consisted of vocalist and lead guitarist Craig Nicholls, rhythm guitarist Ryan Griffiths, bassist Brad Heald and drummer Hamish Rosser. They appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone in October 2002 (the first Australian band to do so since Men at Work in 1983) with the words "Rock is Back: meet the Vines" boldly emblazoned underneath.

Okkervil River

Okkervil River is an indie/folk rock band from Austin, Texas USA. Formed in 1998, the band takes its name from a short story by Russian author Tatyana Tolstaya. The band currently consists of Will Sheff (vocals, guitar), Justin Shurburn (guitar, keyboards), Lauren Gurgiolo (guitar, pedal steel, mandolin), Scott Brackett (keyboards, trumpet, percussion), Patrick Pestorius (bass, keyboards) and Travis Nelsen (drums).

The Rational Academy

The Rational Academy are a noise/pop band based in Brisbane, Australia since 2004. After a slew of 7" vinyl EP's and compilation appearances they released their debut album in 2008 to international acclaim. British Sea Power

British Sea Power are a four-man indie rock band based in Brighton, England, although three of the band hail originally from Kendal in Cumbria. Their style encompasses sweeping and often epic guitar pop with more visceral, angular and esoteric noises and instruments.
