Astriaal

Astriaal is a black metal band from Brisbane, Australia. The band formed in the winter of 1998 as a three piece with Baaruhl on both vocals and guitar. Astriaal released their debut demo 'Glories of the Nightsky' in October 1998 with Baaruhl playing both bass and guitar. Since the addition of bass player Murtach in 1999, Astriaal's line-up has remained solid. The band's first live show was as support to Nazxul in November 1998.

1. Thorns (formed as Stigma Diabolicum, but changed name to Thorns after two years) is a Norwegian black metal band, masterminded by Blackthorn (Snorre W. Ruch - also in <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Mayhem" class="bbcode_artist">Mayhem</a> and <a href="http://www.last.fm/music/Satyricon" class="bbcode_artist">Satyricon</a>). 1)Tottenham based grime outfit now called Bloodline 2)Greg Szathmary aka Meridian from Hungary started composing music back in 1996. He went through all the steps in the progression electronic musicians usually do. Trackers, Reason, Cubase, soft synths, hardware stuffs spiced with some musical education. He learned playing piano and dealt with music theory as well.
His first real success was to get into the best 15 tracks in the Oceanlab Satellite remix contest. Since then he developed his producing skills to reappear on stage again with Emphase.
