Her Nightmare

Forming in 2003 this five piece Melbourne band stands strongly under the banner of Australian Hardcore, yet are proud to acknowledge their obvious metal influences. Massive vocals, brutal guitars and a relentless intensity have seen them successfully travel the nation many times with bands like Parkway Drive, Comeback Kid, Most Precious Blood, 50 Lions, Jungle Fever and Terror. In 2005 came the release of their first full length album “No Heaven, No Hell” on Sydney independent label Resist Records.

Dyscarnate

The UK’s Dyscarnate play their own unique breed of intense, blistering death metal. After devastating venues across the UK, they have become a force to be reckoned with on the frontline of the British death metal scene.
Following the release of their debut EP ‘Annihilate to Liberate’ in 2008, Dyscarnate were met with overwhelming feedback from national magazines, record labels and fans alike. This resulted in a multi-album deal with the UK’s Siege Of Amida Records for Europe and Candlelight Records for the US/Canada.

Terror

Many bands with the same name: 1) Terror, a hardcore band from Los Angeles, California. The band formed in early 2002.
Though the group consider themselves a "hardcore" band, guitarist Doug Weber says Terror, "sounds like all of the old metal bands I used to listen to. It's just not crazy Swedish metal or something, it sounds like old thrash." Terror has been very successful in their time as a band. Their album One with the Underdogs sold over 40,000 copies. They have also been on tours throughout Europe, Australia, Brazil and Japan.

Raven

There are multiple artists named "Raven" 1) United Kingdom (Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England) (1974 - Present) 1) Raven is a heavy metal band associated with the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, that formed in 1975. They also opened for punk bands The Stranglers and The Motors. They had a hit with the single "On and On", and refer to their music as "Athletic Rock." Formed in Newcastle, England by brothers John and Mark Gallagher, Raven quickly set the pace for the burgeoning metal renaissance in the UK at the time.

The Dillinger Escape Plan

The Dillinger Escape Plan is a band from Morris Plains, New Jersey. The band performs a fast-tempo, technically proficient style of heavy music popularly known as mathcore. The band recorded their second EP with Relapse Records in 1998 entitled Under The Running Board. A year later, this was followed with the album Calculating Infinity, which was met with great acclaim from both underground and mainstream press.

Sabaton

Sabaton was formed back in 1999 in Falun, Sweden and worked hard with demos and small club shows just like any other band. An album was recorded in 2002 bearing the name of Fist for Fight on an independent label in Italy, but was never released. By 2004, the band was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of marketing opportunities available for their album, so eventually they decided that their best strategy would be start over with new material .

Worship

There are four Worships: 1 - One of the best known funeral doom bands in the underground. Founded by "Fucked Up Mad" Max Varnier from France and Daniel "The Doommonger" from Germany in the late 1990's, Worship entered the scene with their Last Tape Before Doomsday (MC 1999). That album contained four songs of minimalistic slow doom metal, driven by the tortured vocals of Mad Max and the mournful guitar solo's by The Doommonger. Several splits were released on vinyl after that.

Nonpoint

Nonpoint was formed in January 1998 by vocalist Elias Soriano, bassist Kenneth "KB" Charman and drummer Robb Rivera.
The band created a name for itself in the burgeoning South Florida metal scene of the mid-late '90s. Other notable bands to emerge included Puya, Endo, Darwin's Waiting Room, Lost and The Groovenics.
Nonpoint's first album Separate Yourself was released independently in 1998. The band's first commercially released album Struggle was released on May 18, 1999 on the now defunct Jugular Records.
