Hate filled hardcore from St Albans, UK. Parting with your frontman, merely weeks after the release of your breakthrough debut album, is not an event many could take in their stride; the annals of musical history are not exactly littered with bands that have lived to tell the tale. But Your Demise are amongst a determined few, the British quintet standing tall at the climax of the busiest, most demanding year of their collective lives – unbeaten, unbroken, unscarred, having positively transformed adversity into rebirth.

Now a staple in Australian hardcore, 50 Lions first bared their claws in 2005 at the height of the metalcore craze in their native Byron Bay. Focussing on producing a more traditional hardcore sound, the key to the survival of the band would be some serious van hours. Building on a sturdy reputation as a fierce live presence, they earned their place on bills with Byron counterparts Parkway Drive and other notable Australian bands such as Carpathian, Miles Away and Her Nightmare, before stepping up to share stages with internationals such as Terror, Madball, Down To Nothing and Blacklisted.

There are two artists called Mountain Man: 1. Mountain Man is a group of three young women, based in Bennington, Vermont - Amelia Meath, Molly Sarle, and Alex Sauser-Monnig- who sing with or without Alex's guitar. There's a fragile balance between the three very different styles and personalities in these three young women. They are all songwriters, and having all three approaches with the same treatment on the same album is really satisfying.

Trash Talk is an American hardcore punk band from Sacramento, California, formed in 2005. They have toured all around the world including Japan, Australia, Europe, as well as performed in many festivals in support of their releases. Formed in 2005, Trash Talk began releasing a demo and 7 inch vinyl EP on Sell Our Souls Records. After that they would go on to release a split with Bay Area band Steel Trap on Spiderghost Pressgang.
