The Horror is a hardcore punk band that started life in Leeds when 4 members of Voorhees and 1 member of Imbalance before splitting and then reforming some years and are now based in London. Dov J. Elkabas aka 'The Prophet' was born on 5 November 1968. He started DJing in 1983. He first discovered turntables when he visited a roller disco (Het Nijlpaardenhuis) in Amsterdam.
He was so impressed by the enthusiasm it evoked that he got a job so he could buy a set of SL1200 MK2s and practice with the turntables at home. He spun disco at Het Nijlpaardenhuis for approximately two years until the roller disco was closed down.

There are multiple artists with the name Bad Habit. 1) Bad Habit is a Swedish hard rock band founded in 1986. 2) Like many great punk records, this one’s almost over before it starts. While this isn’t quite great, it does cover all the hardcore bases: fast, loud, aggressive. The four song demo clocks in at just 5:39, but it lets up very little over that time. Bad Habit draws a lot from Minor Threat with just a slightly looser approach a la early Black Flag.

At age 14, his passion for electronic music started to grow. Within a few years he learned to master all facets of studio technique and producing. His producing efforts did not go unnoticed and at age 18 EMI Music offered him a contract, allowing him to step into the music business and become a full time producer.
