With almost ten years of DJ experience behind them, Fredo & Thang step up their game. First there was the Gameplay edit of Beirut’s indie gem Nantes – cooked up as a secret weapon but soon receiving kudos from major players such as Laurent Garnier, Dixon and Tim Sweeney. Soon after, a hook up with vintage synth collector Seba, resulted in the birth of Villa. The well seasoned composer/producer resides in his cosy farmhouse, surrounded by a collection of rare musical toys – a perfect setting for this new musical venture.

Confidence Man

With irrepressible spirit and a devotion to celebration, Australian quartet Confidence Man specializes in campy, addictive dance anthems indebted to forebears like Deee-Lite and Tom Tom Club, as well as early-2000s alt-disco acts like Scissor Sisters, Fischerspooner, and CSS. Hailing from Melbourne, the Brisbane-based group was formed by members of indie/psych-rock bands the Belligerents, Moses Gunn Collective, and Jungle Giants. Janet Planet and Sugar Bones handle the vocals, while the mysterious Reggie Goodchild (synths) and Clarence McGuffie (percussion) remain in the shadows, under veils that protect their identities. With a wink and a strut, Confidence Man made their debut in 2016 with the single "Boyfriend (Repeat)," which they modeled after Brigitte Bardot's "Contact." After signing with Heavenly Recordings in 2017, they issued additional singles "Bubblegum" and "Better Sit Down Boy," which all appeared on their 2018 debut full-length Confident Music for Confident People (Heavenly/PIAS). Puerto Rico Flowers

Bass/Drums/Synthesizer/Vocals found here. Slow songs not unlike a skinhead crying. John Sharkey III wrote and recorded them. He lives in America and Australia. Yes, he used to be in Clockcleaner but he also used to be a smoker. He gave that up a long time ago. Performances are seasonal and enjoyable. Thank you.

Jamaica

Jamaica, formerly known as Poney Poney is Antoine Hilaire and Flo Lyonnet. These guys are dropping new tracks with Justice's Xavier de Rosnay and Daft Punk sound Engineer Peter Franco on the production. Their first single was "I Think I Like U 2". The second song they released was "Short and Entertaining", which was featured on the 9th installment of the Kitsuné Maison Compilation series. Empire Of The Sun

Empire of the Sun are an electronic music duo based in Australia. Formed in 2006, the duo is composed of Nick Littlemore of Pnau and Luke Steele of The Sleepy Jackson. Their debut album, Walking On A Dream, was released on the 4th of October 2008. The first single from the album is also called Walking On A Dream and the second single was We Are the People. The video for Walking On A Dream was shot in Shanghai and We Are the People was shot in Mexico. The song Standing On The Shore was used in the credits for Entourage season 6 and followed as the albums 3rd single.

Backlash

There are more than one band with the name Backlash. 1) Formed in Lidkoping, Sweden in 1998 by three talented young men, Backlash now (2k6-08) two albums and a few Eps later stands at the frontier of Swedish electronic music. The combination of Niklas' sensitive compositions, Oskar's battering sound engineering and Erik's brute force of singing creates a new hard electronic sound that few others has manage to create. Music in the borderlands of minimalistic techno and electro-pop.

Seppuku

The name Seppuku covers several acts, including the Australian industrial music pioneers SPK, a unique post-deathmetal band from Kalamazoo Michigan, featuring members from Harvyst and a Swedish 80's synth pop band. Seppuku (Sweden): Spring, 1984, and as the snow melts in the northern country of Sweden, Seppuku is formed by friends Rasmus, Ronny and Fredric. Out of the frustration of teenage boredom the trio starts to experiment with music, which is the result of their common interest in spy flicks, electronic music, Asian culture and space-age futurism.

Umpire

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Umpire was formed in 2006 as a studio songwriting and recording project, where Simon Struthers, Geoff Symons and Michael Lake had the opportunity to utilise the studio as an instrument, developing their songs without the pressures of playing as live band.Australian audiences first became familiar with the band via with their debut single ‘Streamers’ off their self-titled EP in 2009. 'Streamers' achieved widespread critical acclaim, national airplay and won WAM Song of the Year in 2009.

Nik Kershaw

Born Nicholas David Kershaw in Bristol, England on March 1, 1958, Kershaw played guitar and sang in a number of underground bands before deciding on a career as a songwriter. However, he ended up performing his own songs rather than giving them to others, and signed a deal with MCA Records in 1983, which spawned a debut single, "I Won't Let The Sun Go Down On Me", which just missed out on the UK Top 40.
