State Of East London are a 5 piece all round metal band from the outer suburbs of Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2007. They have released a 6 track EP "Animasitas", and have recorded a full length album to be released in the 2nd half of 2010. Announced on the bands myspace on March 31st, Marcel (vocals) has left the band citing differences in music taste and influence. Since their inception in 2004, the Riverside, CA quintet SUICIDE SILENCE have worked feverishly to carve out their own unique niche within the metal scene and in doing so they developed an undeniable buzz with legions of diehard supporters. Their latest album No Time To Bleed, was recorded with acclaimed producer Machine (Lamb Of God). Suicide Silence started in late 2002 as a side project for its members who were all involved in other local bands at the time. Things didn’t get serious, however, until 2004, when the current lineup was solidified.
Hailing from Campbelltown, Resist The Thought is a 5-piece metalcore/death metal band. With influences ranging from All Shall Perish and As Blood Runs Black to Parkway Drive and August Burns Red, Resist The Thought are continually striving to make the band all that it can be. The Band originally formed in 2003 consisting of Rick on Guitar, Jake on drums and Matt on bass and then later on vocals as well. They started off mucking around and playing music just for the fun of it and played a few shows at the ages of 11 and 14.
Gallows For Grace is a technical death metal band from Perth, Australia. Formed in early 2006, Gallows for Grace is the creation of five like minded musicians aspiring to produce a new sound. The Acacia Strain is a metalcore/hardcore band from Chicopee, Massachusetts, US that formed in 2001. The band have since undergone numerous changes in their lineup. To date, they've released five studio albums, as well as two split albums. The Acacia Strain have said they dislike genre labels and instead describe themselves as "heavy." "You might hear other music that sounds like it, but those bands can't touch what we have. We have heart. We mean it." Lyrically, they base their music on "hatred, nihilism, humanity's dependence on technology, and my complete disgust for existence.

They won in a music competition in the nineties with their song for which they are most known: "Een moment zonder jou".
