Mandalay Victory are an Australian based melodic metalcore band, who simply enjoy putting huge amounts of energy into both, song writing and live performances. They released an EP in 2008 and Their full length album Tales Over Time was released in Febuary 2010
Meltdown could refer to one of several bands:
1) Meltdown is a Hardcore/Thrash Metal band with members based in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. They have released two eps and a 7" with the most recent being "Demolition", released in the summer of 2007 on Malfunction records. The band often play shows with Shipwreck and other MVHC related bands.
2) Short-lived project of former/present members of Crainium, Crom-Tech, All Scars, Emergency, and Metamatics, circa 1996.
Electrik Dynamite is a Melbourne born metal band. "There once was a time where 'heavy metal' was not about how low your tuning was, how brutal your vocals were or how much double kick action the drummer could belt out. There is more than one artist with this name, a British punk band and a New Zealand thrash band. 1) Named after the The Texas Chainsaw Massacre villain, Leatherface is a relatively obscure but critically acclaimed British punk band from Sunderland fronted by Frankie Stubbs. Formed in August 1988, they have released eight full-length albums so far. Their music has been described as a cross between Hüsker Dü and Motörhead, a notable element being Stubbs' rasping, "gravelly" vocals. The lyrics of the band often feature far-fetched similes, metaphors, wordplay and obscure allusions.

There are three artists with the name Heist: 1. Heist was a short lived Australian hardcore punk / powerviolence band from the mid 1990s. Along with Rupture, Heist were one of the first, most prominent, and most influential powerviolence bands to emerge from the Australian hardcore scene. Their discography consists of only two releases: a self-titled 7" EP (1995) and 7" EP titled "Pain is Causing Life" (1997). It is not known when the band formed and ended. Heist's drummer has since gone on to play for the well-known Australian hardcore band Extortion.
There are at least two bands with the name Loveshy 1) Canberra Hardcore. 2)LoveShy is a UK pop duo, made up of Aimee Kearsley and Emma Beard. In 2002, they competed as soloists in TV show Popstars - The Rivals, making the last ten female singers, but failing to make the top five, who became Girls Aloud. The other five, minus Javine, then formed girlgroup CLEA (an acronym of their initials). CLEA scored three UK top 40 hits between 2003 and 2005, later becoming a trio.
Aly Amr Fathalah (Aly) and Fadi Wassef Naguib (Fila), the Egyptian duo, were both born in 1981 and have known each other since kindergarten. After falling in love with the music of Paul van Dyk, Steve Helstrip and Chicane they built their first small studio and started doing electronic music and DJ'ing from 1999. After establishing themselves in Egypt, they decided to go international. In 2002, they signed with the prominent German record label, Euphonic Records.
Comeback Kid (CBK for short) is a hardcore band from Winnipeg, Canada, formed in 2002 by Andrew Neufeld and Jeremy Hiebert, who were both members of the band Figure Four, currently on hiatus. In 2003, Comeback Kid signed to California hardcore label Face Down Records, who released their debut album, Turn It Around. For their 2005 album Wake the Dead, they signed to Victory Records internationally, and to Smallman Records in Canada. Wake the Dead has now sold over 100,000 copies and was voted Alternative Press's 100 bands to know in 2005.
